We coordinate every detail of your move from start to finish — finding your destination city, connecting you with vetted realtors and movers, scheduling vendors, handling paperwork, and staying by your side until you are fully settled. We are not a moving company or a real estate agency. We are the coordinator in the middle who makes sure everything works together.

Are you a moving company?

No. We are the coordinator above the moving company. We research and connect you with trusted, vetted movers — then we schedule them, confirm the details, and manage the relationship so you never have to chase anyone down.

Are you a real estate agent?

No. We are not licensed realtors. We connect you with trusted, vetted real estate agents in both your origin and destination cities and coordinate the relationship throughout the process.

Is Tactical Relocator available nationwide?

Yes. We serve clients relocating to and from any state in the United States. We have a national vendor network and use trusted resources to find vetted professionals in any market.


How We Communicate

Why do you prefer chat over phone calls?

We are real people who genuinely love connecting with our clients — and yes, we are absolutely happy to talk on the phone when needed! Our preferred way of communicating is through chat, email, or messaging because everything is documented. A relocation involves dozens of details, dates, and decisions. When everything is in writing both you and we can refer back to exactly what was said. No misunderstandings. No forgotten details. We are not hiding from you — we are protecting the details of your move.

Can I call you if I need to?

Absolutely. We are real people and we are here for you. If something comes up that needs an immediate conversation — an urgent issue with a vendor, a time-sensitive decision, or anything that cannot wait — we will get on the phone with you. Your peace of mind always comes first.

What happens during the Discovery Chat?

We ask you a few simple questions about your situation — where you’re moving from and to, your timeline, your household, and what’s feeling most overwhelming. Based on your answers we recommend the right service tier. No pressure, no rush, no sales pitch.


The Process

What happens after I sign up?

Once your agreement is signed and deposit received: we send your full intake form, review your answers, deliver your City Research Report within 1–2 days, you choose your destination, we send your Vendor Recommendation Report, you choose your vendors, we coordinate everything, and provide weekly check-ins until you are fully settled.

How long does the whole process take?

A typical relocation takes 60–120 days from first contact to move-in day, depending on your timeline and destination. We work at your pace — not ours.

Do I pay everything upfront?

No. We require a 50% deposit to hold your spot and get your research started. The remaining 50% is due at the project midpoint. We never ask for full payment before delivering real value.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes. We use a simple Service Agreement that protects both of us. It outlines exactly what is included in your tier, the payment schedule, and the scope of work. Everything in plain language — no legal jargon.

What if something goes wrong with a vendor?

That is exactly what we are here for. If a vendor goes silent, misses a deadline, or causes a problem — you contact us and we handle it. You should never have to chase anyone down. That is our job.

Do you work with seniors who need extra patience?

Absolutely. Our Legacy tier was designed specifically with seniors and long-time homeowners in mind. We break everything into calm manageable steps, explain all paperwork in plain language, and move at your pace. No rush. No overwhelm.

Do you work with special needs families?

Yes. Our Family Ops tier includes dedicated research into special needs programs, therapists, schools, and support networks in your destination area. We understand that for many families this is the most important piece of the entire move.
